The case was listed on 7th Dec 2012. As informed earlier SLP in Notional Fixation case and Review in earlier SLP has been clubbed and it can be heard only by the same bench. On 7th Dec one justice in the bench was different so the case could not be heard. Now a date after vaccantion of Hon'ble Supreme Court will be given. We are waiting for a new date.
