Tech V/s Lighting Assistant Pay Parity case – An update

Tech V/s Lighting Assistant Pay Parity case came up for hearing today in Hon’ble Delhi High Court. Govt. Advocate could not appear in the Court. Case will come up for hearing as Supplementary case for tomorrow which may be the final hearing.
