Contempt Petition in Recognition Case |

As informed we have decided to file Contempt Petition against Delay in Granting Recognition. The Petition was Prepared on Contempt Petition in CCS(RSA) Case on Urgent Basis and Filed on 21st Jan 2013. The Petition came for hearing in Principle Bench CAT Delhi today i.e. 23rd Jan 2013. Hon'ble Court issued Dasti Notices to All three Respondents i.e. Secretary (I&B), CEO (Prasar Bharati) and DG AIR, asking them to file Reply upto 6th Feb 2013 which is next date of hearing. It has enhanced pressure on Ministry and File Movement has become faster in Ministry of I & B. Let us hope for the best.
