Review Petition in Hon’ble Sup. Court in Tech v/s Lighting Assistant Pay Parity Case

As informed earlier as per suggestion by eminent lawyers we filed Review Petition in Tech v/s Lighting Assistant Parity Case in Hon’ble Sup. Court. We also took opinion for going to argue for  Notional Fixation. Our Case is clubbed with the Case of Sister Association ADTEA.  Advocates are trying that hearing for both takes place on the same day so the Arguments may be placed before Hon’ble court in length and breadth. Next date of hearing is 30th October, 2012
We have paid the charges for filing Review Petition are Rs. 75000/- (One time Payment) and per hearing charges for very renowned Sr. Advocate Sh. Jayant Bhushan are Rs. 1,00,000/- per hearing. As per consent of VPs we are prepared any Amount whatsoever may be to protect interests of our Members.
