EA-SEA Merger-Reply of Grievance Cell |
As discussed earlier on the issue of EA and SEA Merger in Grade Pay 4200 with extra Amount in Personal Pay in the Designation Junior Engineer Some leaders including undersigned have filed Complaint in Grievance cell of Govt. of India. The Complaint was forwarded to our department and now I have received a reply from DG Doordarshan that DG AIR (Cadre Control Authority) has originally forwarded a proposal of Merging EA and SEA in Grade Pay Rs. 4600 but Ministry of I&B has been turned down the Proposal. The letter is a testimony of what we have been saying. It was because of strength of Unity shown by ARTEEians and, steps taken by ARTEE leadership. The matter was effectively taken up and facts were placed before Management in Meetings with Joint.Secy. (B), Member(P) and with consultants. Ultimately Ministry sent the Proposal back for reconsidering. Now we are pursuing the case in Prasar Bharati. |
