In the light of the verdict of Hon’ble Supreme Court  to grant One Pay scale for one Cadre, we have requested the Department & Ministry  to issue the order at the earliest and the financial implication can be calculated separately to get  sufficient funds from Ministry of Finance. Accordingly the DG: AIR recommended Ministry of I&B for necessary orders. We are following up the matter in the Ministry. Meanwhile O/o DG:AIR advised stations / Kendras to send the details of financial implications of the affected employees working at their Stations / Kendras.

            The letter along with format for calculation of the data is attached.

Unit Secretaries / Members are requested to follow up in their Stations / Kendras to ensure that the data reaches the O/o DG:AIR at the earliest.
