Payment of Salary--Settled after taking up with CEO, Prasar Bharati

Salary for the months of January & Februarywere delayed in some stations due to non-availability of funds. The salary for these stations were disbursed only after the intervention of ARTEE. The condition for the salary for the month of March (Payable on 02-04-2009) was worst as it was affected more noumber of stations.ARTEE had taken up the matter with authorties where ever it was reported. the payment for some stations are sent as the evening of 13/04/09 after taking the matter with CEO. CEO(PB) had directed Sr.GM(P),PB and DGs of AIR &Doordarshan to ensure that such incidents does not occure in fouture. It was also instructed for the stern action against the Head of Office where ever the amount was diverted from salary head. |
