Unit Committee of AIR Jamshedpur along with State Committee and AGS(TV) East Zone met Sh. Mohan Jatua, Hon’ble Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, on his visit to AIR Jamshedpur on 02/09/2009. Sh. Trinath Mahato, Unit Secretary, AIR Jamshedpur brought various problems facing at local level such as quarters. Scarcity of water etc to the notice of the Hon’ble Minister, Sh. U.K.Shukla, AGS(TV)-EZ and Sh. Khalko, State Secretary Jharkhand discussed the 7 point charter of demands of ARTEE  and submitted a memorandum to the Hon’ble Minister in this regard. Hon’ble Minister assured positive initiative on all issues.
