As an outcome of the pressure mounted by ARTEE to implement verdict of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi regarding EA(5K) and One Cadre One Pay demand, DG Doordarshan issued order to grant 4600 Grade Pay to various Subordinate Engineering and Programme Cadres including EA(5000) and Sr.Tech (5000) w.e.f. 01/01/2006. ARTEE wholeheartedly welcome the decision and cautiously interpreting  the order in respect of Subordinate Engg. Cadres as some phrases mentioned in the order are not self explanatory and henceforth creating confusions. We are also envisaging its impact on EA(5000) case won by ARTEE in Hon’ble High Court of Delhi demanding Scale 0f Rs. 6500 to EA(5K) from 25.02.1999.
