As per RSA Rules all Associations have to submit its membership details. ARTEE has already submitted its details of Members to DG AIR who is our Cadre Controlling Authority.

After submitting the details,  the Dept has to verify the details. We want that the Recognition process should be completed at the earliest. For this purpose all Unit Secys./Office bearers  are hereby instructed to get the form filled by Member, Verify and submit it to Station Head and take a receipt. Ask the head of the office to write a letter to DG AIR or DG DD for AIR & DD establishment respectively mentioning that ARTEE has submitted its Membership details and asking for instructions. Send the copy of the forwarded letter to ARTEE also. Act fast treating this very urgent.

All are instructed to handle Dual Membership issue carefully and avoiding any dispute.
