ORDER

 

Sub: - (i) Promotion of Engineering Assistants to the post of Sr. Engineering   Assistants in NE Zone for the vacancy year 2005-06.

 

            (ii) Transfer of SEAs in the same capacity under NE Zone.

       

In accordance with Directorate General, AIR order No. 11/4/2006-S-IV (B) Dt 16^th Oct., 2006, the following Engineering Assistants of NE Zone are promoted as Sr. Engineering Assistants for the vacancies for the year 2005-06 in the pay scale of Rs. 7450-225-11500/- and posted at the places shown against their names.

 

 

 

1. The Engineering Assistants promoted to the grade of SEA will be on probation for a period of two years from the date each of them takes over as SEA. Assessment Report of the performance of each in prescribed proforma may be completed by the due date.

 

2. The inter-se seniority of the above officials shall be as per DOPT order No. 32012/2/96-Estt (Res) dated 02/07/1997.

 

3. The promotion of the above Engineering Assistants will be subject to the condition that no disciplinary proceedings are either pending or contemplated against each of them. Stations where the officials are presently posted may please ensure the same before relieving and the relevant information in this regard may be sent to this office and to the Station where the official has to join on promotion.

 

 

 

4. The pay Scale mentioned above is as per Ministry of I & B order No. 310/173/91-B (D) dated 25/02/1999.

 

 

The following Sr. Engineering Assistants of N.E. Zone are transferred in the same capacity to the station/office mentioned against their name with immediate effect.

 

 

 

The above officials may be relieved immediately. No representation for change of place of posting will be entertained. Stations may please complete the Service Book (including transfer entry) till date of relief. The ACRs may also be completed and forwarded to this office.

 

Date of relief and joining of above officials may also be forwarded to this office immediately after their relieving and joining at concerned stations/offices.
