Sub: - Promotion of Sr. Technician to the post of Engineering Assistant.
On recommendation of the
D.P.C., the following Sr. Technicians are allotted on promotion
under 10% Exam quota of 2005-06 to the grade of Engineering Assistant
in the scale of Rs. 6500-200-10500 for appointment at stations mentioned against
their names.

The officials are to be relieved within a fortnight
along with Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
Service book may be sent to the concerned stations
after ensuring entries of probation termination, confirmation
etc.
The promotees are to exercise their option in regard
to fixation to pay on promotion within one month from the date
of promotion as per FR 22 (1) (a) (1).
It may be pointed out that in the event of the promotion
of not being accepted by any official, he will be debarred for
promotion for one year. If the reasons for declining promotion
are not accepted by the competent authority, promotion may be
enforced. If promotion is still declined, action may be taken
for refusal to obey the order.
The confidential reports of the officials concerned
should be sent to this office immediately till the date of relief.
