1. The grant of above MACPs is subject to post audit and
any overpayments detected at the later stage shall be recovered in lump sum.
2. At the time of fixation of pay consequent upon grant
of above MACPs, the provision contained in DOPT O.M. No. 35034/3/2008-Estt.(D)
dated 19.05.2009 and Annexures thereof as circulated vide AIR Directorate
circular no. B-12017/7/2008-WL dtd. 29.05.2009 shall be scrupulously followed.
3. Before fixing the upgraded pay on the basis of above
MACPs, it shall be ensured by the concerned Head of Office that no vigilance or
disciplinary proceedings are pending against the beneficiary as on or before
the date of MACPs
4. Place of posting of individual officials in the above
list may be different from what is indicated in the list. The responsibility
for the financial upgradation shall lie with the Head of Office under control
of whom the individual official is working.
5. Before fixing the pay on MACPs the service book of
individual officials shall be thoroughly checked for verification of service
records as indicated in the list. Any deviation shall be immediately brought to
the notice of this office.
6. In case there
is any break in service in respect of any officials in the above list, the MACP
as above shall not be implemented without further clarification from this
office. Such breaks in service, if any,
shall be immediately brought to the notice of this office.
7. In case any of the above officials has been granted
financial upgradation under ACPs till 01.01.2006, their revised pay will be
fixed with reference to the pay granted to them under the ACPs.
8. While implementing the MACP, it shall be ensured that
the individual official has not refused any promotion during his/her service
prior to the effective date of MACPs.
