SUBJECT:               DRAFT SENIORITY  LIST  OF  MAST TECHNICIANS   UNDER

                                                      NORTH ZONE  AS ON 01.01.2011

                                   

             Please find enclosed please find herewith a copy  of the draft seniority list of Mast Technicians working in North Zone as on 01.01.2011  It is requested that the contents of this list may please be brought to the notice of all the concerned officials. Any error or omission may please be intimated  to this office by 25.06.2011  giving clearly the discrepancy, if any, Name, Emp.No. & Sl. No. of this list in the enclosed Performa.

            In case no error/omissions is found, a NIL report may also be sent to this office positively. If no comments are received in this regard  by 25.06.2011, It will be presumed that the seniority list is correct. The certificate that the seniority list has been circulated may be given by the Head of Office and sent to this office with in one month of receipt of this letter  positively. After  which the final seniority list will be issued presuming all entries in respect of staff working in your office are in order.

 

            ENGINEERING HEADS ARE REQUESTED TO CHECK THE SENIORITY LIST AND SEND THE MISSING DATA  DISCREPANCY, IF ANY IN RESPECT OF EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THEIR CENTRE.
