Subject: MACP to Carpenters/ Senior Carpenters in North Zone.

Reference: i. DoPT O.M. No. 35034/3/2008-Estt.(D) dated 19.05.2009

ii. DG,AIR letter no. 9/2/2009-Scor dated 18.11.2009

The Officials working in North Zone as shown in the attached lists are granted I/II/III MACP w.e.f. the dates shown against their names.

The following points are to be observed :-

(a) Non refusal of regular promotion to the proposed MACP Grade pay as per point 25 of above referred DoPT OM

(b) No vigilance /disciplinary action is pending .

The officials will be eligible to exercise their options under FR 22(1)(9)(1) to get pay fixed as per point 7 of above referred DoPT O.M. .

Place of posting shown in the list may be different depending on actual position. However, pay fixation may be done wherever the official is presently working.

The pay fixation is subject to post audit and in the light of audit observation, over payment if any shall be recovered from the official in one lump-sum.

The financial up gradation is purely personal to the employee and has no relevance to his./her seniority position and is subject to relevant instructions /orders on MACPS issued time to time.

All the conditions and provisions of above referred DoPT O.M. may be carefully examined by all Stations Heads.

The order in respect of rest of eligible officials will follow.
