DG AIR Order about ACP PATNA |

DG (AIR) has issued the order
for the Constitution of Screening Committee for granting ACP as per
the order given by Hon'ble CAT Patna in OA No.514 / 2002, but again the
order is confusing and with an intention of further delaying the
implementation. Immediately after seeing the order ARTEE
representatives approached the officials and registered the resentment. We
will oppose this approach of DG (AIR) and it will be countered at
all levels and through all possible means.
