Dear Comrades , Congrats! After serious debate in Hon'ble Parliament, now the Hon'ble CAT, Delhi directed Prasar Bharati & Govt. to complete recognition process under the RSA Act, with in four months from 29-02-2012 (the date given to stations for completing formalities vide circular dated 22-11-11) to give a fair chance to all employees. We can speed up the process by completing the process of submitting the letter of authorization under RSA Act & following it up with Station Heads.
